Tamal

The date, “Tamal” in Maltese, is the protagonist of one of the typical local desserts, the “imqaret”, which we will not fail to bring to the table for our breakfasts.
A curiosity: the plural is “maqrut” which means diamond, the typical shape of this cookie.
This is the largest room in the structure: a Superior Queen, on the first floor, which thanks to the splendid terrace equipped with a relaxation corner, offers an extraordinary view of the countryside, as well as the swimming pool and garden.
From here it is possible to admire the wonderful sunsets of the island and, at night, the starry sky.
Quiet and romantic, it also has a small living room, which is not separated from the rest of the room.
